Pastor Bill and Ridgeview Church are part of a team of 25 volunteer chaplains in the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department. Chaplains help build bridges between the public and law enforcement — organizing food drives and neighborhood cleanups, providing counseling during traumatic incidents, and coordinating culturally sensitive approaches across our diverse communities.
